Coaching for clients is typically spread over six 60 - 90 minute sessions over a period of six to eight months, though this varies to suit the needs of the individual. 

During the initial session, we establish the coaching relationship focusing particularly on what the client wants to achieve through coaching, how her or his expectations will be met and the styles and approaches to coaching that will be used. 

Throughout the coaching relationship, we demonstrate a commitment to building trust, maintaining confidentiality and to working collaboratively and cooperatively.  We emphasise action as well as words and our focus is on helping clients to achieve results through their personal and professional growth and development.

We utilise a wide range of coaching models, tools, processes and techniques that help clients challenge their thinking, promote learning and lift effectiveness at work.

Our coaches focus primarily on executive coaching whether this is to help clients improve their personal effectiveness at work, develop their leadership style, become more effective communicators, or improve their management capability.  For some clients, for example, those who wish to improve their work-life balance, this may mean, with the client's permission, adopting a 'whole-life' coaching approach

Coaching outcomes typically include clients:

who have learned and developed, both personally and professionally and can apply this development in their day to day activity and relationships

achieving results that surpass their original expectations;

more motivated and satisfied at work

who are more aware of themselves, their impact on others and how this effects performance.
