Ken Cohen is the founding director of The Fifth Business Experience.  A specialist in learning and organisational development, he has nearly 30 years experience of working with organisations across the private and public sectors that have included:

During his career, he has designed and delivered leadership development programmes, organisational and cultural change programmes and has helped businesses and public sector bodies to create high performance work teams.

In recent years, he has developed a pioneering approach to bringing regulatory training to life, in particular, information security, data protection, fraud prevention and anti-bribery and corruption that fundamentally changes attitudes and behaviours and reduces risk.

He has a particular passion for information security training because he sees high quality training as being an effective means of reducing the risk we all face of falling victim to identity theft and financial crime, and because, regardless of the statutory obligations with which organisations must comply, there is an ethical obligation on us all to uphold the trust our customers place in us to preserve and maintain their privacy.

Ken has an MBA from Cass Business School, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University and is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.  He is also a member of the Institute for Information Security Professionals and the Association for Coaching.  He is a frequent contributor of thought leadership articles in the field of information security training to a variety of journals and professional associations.
